- Cut a length of ribbon and tie it to the elongate gold balloon.
- Slide the ribbon into the center of the smaller golden balloons. group and intersect it into the larger golden balloons.
- Cut a long length of ribbon for the other part.
- To keep your baby bottle balloon straight, fill up one balloon with water or sand.
- Tie your small balloon filled with water and a squad with the ribbon by sliding it into the center of the base quad. tie tightly and stack the quads one by one.
- Then, tie it with the white balloons and finish off with the golden balloons on the top.
